Existing Domestic Property EPCs: the price includes one printed & one emailed copy of the report posted to you or your agent.

Cost	Property Details
£45	Up to 4 bedrooms
on request	more than 4 bedrooms or properties with an unusual design

Daytime visit inconvenient?	Evenings and Weekend (Saturday or Sunday) at no extra cost. However, we need to see the property in daylight and so evening appointments are subject to when dusk falls.
Need an EPC quickly?	Tell Wendy & we'll book you in quickly and email the EPC 'same day' as the survey
Key at an Agents office?	We'll pick the key up and return it at no extra cost
More than one EPC?	Book them together and ask for a discount
Appointment Confirmation?	Let is know if you want an Appointment Confirmation emailed to you. Some Agents ask for an EPC before they will market your property. You just need to prove that it has been commissioned and obtain it within 28 days. Let us know if your agent needs proof and we will email an appointment confirmation to you.

Cancellation Policy

Let us know in advance if you can't make an appointment (preferably at least 12 hours before) and we won't charge you. However, if our DEA turns up at your property and no-one is present to let them in we will charge you a cancellation fee to cover their time and travel costs, Currently this is £25
